• Have a love of children, passionate about education and the University-Model School®.

• Effective teaching techniques.

• Ability to integrate biblical worldview throughout curriculum.

• A willingness to partner with parents in the education of children. 

• Self-motivated, interacts easily with others and communicates effectively. 

• Education degree/teacher certification preferred or be an expert in their field.
